We are a small friendly farm located in Andover Maine.  Memory Lane Vacations. We named our farm after our first Quarter Horse stallion "Erace Ole Memories" who we had for many years. He was a wonderful gentleman and such fun to have around. 

    In 2005 we decided to offer trail riding vacations for horse owners to come with their own horses. We wanted to share the wonderful trails in our area. Our property had enough space and luckily sat directly on the best trail riding system around! Not to mention all the four seasons activities in the area. Our barnyard chickens are entertaining and provide fresh eggs for our guests. Our two dogs & three cats are fun loving & friendly too. We recently became a "pet friendly" vacation spot so other well mannered pooches can visit. Now we are able to offer ATV and snowmobile trail access too! This has been a great new venture and the trails are ALL wonderful.

The MOOSE around here are quite a tourist attraction. They seem like a nuisance to us "locals" and personally I have spent many an hour repairing my horse fence thanks to their meanderings but all in all we get by OK. Minus the one encounter between Matt and a moose with my Subaru wagon. . . Matt & the moose were fine. . . the Subaru was NOT, that was quite a few years ago. Now, at night in June, we drive Very Slow!

    Our farm is located only one mile from the Ellis River Riders show grounds where there's always something going on. Check them out at www.ellisriverriders.com Maybe you'd like to come stay over for a special event! We are about a mile from Andover village and near the Lovejoy Covered Bridge too. Located just an easy half hour drive to three great ski areas makes winters busy for us. Be sure to check the links on our main page, it's easy to access the day by day weather & ski conditions at any time.
